Selby Olympia FC gets a makeover by Year 9 Btec Art Students

After months of organising, Btec Art students have finally raised enough money to complete their Graffiti Art project at the Selby Olympia Football Club. Headed by Ellie Appleton and Lauren Mills together with their peers they have managed to raise a combined total of £550 from 'Key Fund' and 'O2 Think Big'. The Btec students have given up their lunch times and aditional hours to organise and pitch to these comapnies successfully in order to revamp a once 'run-down' looking Football Club at the heart of the Selby Community.

With the money raised the students invested in a professional Graffiti Artist called 'Jed' and all the equipment they needed in order to make the project a huge success.

We are all so proud of these students and the time and effort that they have committed.

A MASSIVE WELL DONE from the Art Department!
